To Place an Order:

Just click on " quote " and follow the 3 steps :
1- Online quote calculation.
2- Register or login if you’re already a client, and accept Sales Conditions.
3- Upload or send your document.

You will then receive a confirmation email, and we request that you pay online.

If your document is larger than 2 MB, you must send it by email with the Order Number we gave you.

How and when to pay:

Payment is to be made at time of order, except by prior agreement with our Agency.
You can pay by:
-Credit card via the secure PayPal system
-Bank transfer
-Cheque in Euros to the order of TranslatePLS.com.
Any fees incurred for bank transfers or for receiving a cheque in foreign currency are the client’s responsibility.

Our quality and deadline guarantees:

TranslatePLS.com is committed to deliver quality translations on time. However, if you are not completely satisfied with a project, we will offer you a new version as quickly as possible. If this second version is still not to your satisfaction, we will give you a partial or full refund on your invoice. In the General Sales Conditions, you will find the procedure to follow to contest a translation.
If the delivery is late, we will give you a discount on the amount of your invoice.

All information provided by the client to TranslatePLS.com will be subject to the utmost confidentiality.
